What is the name of your state? Virginia

I am being sentenced to Rappahannock Regional Jail for 3 months (likely with work release, praying for in home incarceration). This is my first time in jail and scared to death. Can anyone shed some light on what is going to happen when I get there? How long until I can start work release? Any info please, I am freaking!
