What is the name of your state?Alabama.
My husband hurt his shoulder last summer. Fell out of crane. Had surgery last Dec.9. And is doing fine. Doctor released him to return to full duty. Work's comp. hasn't giving us any trouble. They called yesterday and offered him $3500.00 Does this sound like a far offer?

Ive never seen anyone get ahead with workmans comp. If theyve paid all your medical bills and will in the future plus hes recieved a salary while off I think your doing good but a lawyer is the one you need to talk to.
