While at a large entertainment facility, a nationwide chain,
the employees had put a large table flat against the wall in our dining area behind a curtain. Midway through the dinner the table fell forward and knocked me unconscious. I was rushed to the hospital with a concuscion. After further testing, I have now post concuscion syndrome, blood clots on the spot of my head where I was hit, and muscle, nerve and tendon damage in my back, neck, arm and shoulder. This happened over a month ago and an accident report was filled out right then. Hoe strong of a case do I have? if any?

Over 20 people saw me get hit and about 11 or 12 saw the employees put the table behind the curtain.

Any advice or info would be appreciated.

I have been house and bed ridden since that night and on heavy medication.

Dear Julie;

Sounds like a good negligence case to me. Go to a personal injury attorney ASAP. Take all of your records with you, including any correspondence from the facility, if there is any.

Best of luck!

Pam
