What is the name of your state? Florida

I own the ground unit of a four story condiminium. Recently one of the bathrooms experienced a sewage overflow from the toilet due to a plug in the common sewage line under my unit. The carpet in the ajoining room was also soaked. According to the plumber who fixed the plugged line, the sewage overflow was caused by sewage from the upper floors that had no place else to go.

To what extent is the HOA liable for repairs and cleaning? Thanks.
