Sewer Roots

roots from a neighbor's tree entered my sewer line last year. after several visits by the plumber and finally having the line video scoped, it was determined that root entry point was under my driveway. repair expenses totaled nearly $2500. while this amount is under the small claims court cap in arizona, is this a recoverable loss against my neighbor?
