I purchased a sewing and embroidery machine from online dealer back in october, about 2 weeks later had to send it back because parts didn't work properly. Received a new machine first part of november, already having to send back the second machine (at my expense) because the motor stopped working. Machine cost 2300.00 should I take these folks to small claims court and what are my chances of getting my money back. I have every e-mail (conversation) with these people.

I don't know what the terms of your contract and warranty say about repairs .

BTW Lemon Law covers New car purchases .

There is contracts and warranties , and small claims sections on this forum .
