What is the name of your state? NY
When i was in Pre-k I was sexually abused by my teacher. This was along time ago in 1980 and the statute of limitations had passed am I still allowed to sue what can of legal remedy can I have for this case if any?

I guess I knew the person she was friends with my mother and also I was also embarassed to let firends and family know since I feel it would come out in the newspaper. (This lady has already been arrested for physical abuse on her daughter and it came out in th enews!!!)
