Massachusetts .....Was wondering if I have a case against a detox treatment center for not providing a safe environment for myself and other clients. I was being sexual harassment on a daily basis by another client. I complained to numerous employees and also the clinical director who did nothing and did not discharge the client. The complaint went all the way up to the directors boss who also did nothing. I was not the only client being harassed by this one individual either. I was at this treatment center to focus on myself and could not do that because of how uncomfortable I was. This treatment center has signs hanging up everywhere in the building that says "No tolerance for bullying, racism or sexism" but they did nothing at all to help me and I dealt with this for 2 1/2 weeks! Please tell me what my options are.
