I work for a co. which has about 45 employee's.I have been with this co. for 27 months.In my private life and never has this been taken to work with me ,I'm a crossdresser.Well it is very apparent that some of my co-workers have somehow gained knowlege of my private life.And it would appear that the president of the co. also knows.During the last year I have had numerous times when out of the blue one of my co-workers will call me a fag or blow me a kiss.About 4 months ago the owner of this co.'s brother who works here too made a statement too me that people in this co. look at me wierd because some one saw me go into a bar where men dress like women.I'm really trying to tallerate all this,but yesterday I was on the phone durring work hours with the owner of the co.,we were taking about a game plan and the cost of a job which I was to perform for the co. Shortly before this confersation ended with my boss the owner (i'M 43 HE IS 46) he called me sweety well I'm a male so is he I'm not Gay I hope he Is not and I'm a Carpenter for a living and I'm really pissed off.Any sugestions.

I don't know your state's laws about employment law, so I can't say for sure what is prohibited. However, given Clinton's reign, people such as yourself have now more and more rights and importance in America. You may or may not be suffering in an illegal hostile enviornment.
