My wife started a new job the other day but is going through a temp service. She is distressed because of blatant harrassment from more than one co-workers.These events sometimes occur in front of witnesses. My wife is afraid to go to a supervisor because she is afraid they will just call the temp service and say they don't need her anymore. It would be hard for her to prove anything if the witnesses kept their mouths shut in fear of losing their jobs.Is there anything we can do? Do we need to alert the temp service first? We are really frustrated since she has been let go from two jobs already due to her filing a complaint about sexual harrassment.Help!

Read the section on Sexual Harrassment on FreeAdvice.com! Then start making the notes it suggests. But there is always a danger that a person who makes too many claims will lose credibility. Incidentally, the employment agency is the employer, not the firm she's temping at. Has she told them? If she thinks it is a pattern, she should seek an attorney on the sex ual harassment pages of AttorneyPages.com as most provide a free initial consultation.
