Short marriage not enough money

I am in FL and have been married18 months now and I have a 10 month old with the man I married. He is not a U.S. citizen. What I would like to ask is because he willinly left the marriage without any word and he told me on August 16 that this is what he prefers, is to live alone and just pay the bills if i will agree to go to the immigration interview with him and stay in this arrangment until he received his papers. I have 3 children who this is effecting and I do not want this arrangment, i am crushed as well as my children that this man has told me that he doesnt love me.
I would like to know if there is any hope of getting maintenance ordered into a restraing order until a divorce is final or will I have to try to file something seperatley with the family courts or if he can just leave the responsibility of mortgage lot rent utiliies all to me until divorce is drawn up. Will any of this matter while the divorce is getting under way. I start a job Oct. 1 and it has been hard. Yes I can work and yes i have intentions of it, as a matter of fact i cant wait, but my children take priority and i am making the best and safest arrangments in these last 2 weeks for child care and it is very hard!!!!!!!! Please help me with any advice you can share with me. Can he stick me all the bills, both of our names are on the lot and mortgage. Will this look bad in divorce court and if i have to pay for the 2 months while divorce gets underway do you think i can get anything reembursed being that he left on his own without any word of his wearabouts. We have one child together and he has not even been contributing. He works an excellent job, but he is retaliating because i want nothing to do with this immigration thing because me and my children will get too attached to him and he will just leave when he gets what he wants.

He is a selfish *******, let him screw himself at the immigration hearing. That is my personal opinion. However, I do not know how it would work with support if he is deported, since he would be out of the jurisdiction on the US. Either way, it is a tough situation. As far as the bills, they are still his responsibility, as his name is on them with you. But, it is your credit going bad as well as his, so you would probably be screwed paying them. When you go to court for the divorce, they will order him to pay support for the 10 month old, and most likely it will be retroactive to the date he left.
