What is the name of your state? California

My husband recently lost awrongful termination lawsuit by summary judgement. He lost because his attorney was allowed to abandon him after lying to the court and changing the hearing date. I am pursuing a complaint to the State Bar. I have not spoken with an appeallate attorney but I am wondering if the case should be appealed. I only have a few daysto decide before the deadline to appeal passes. I could get the money and file the papers and then find an attorney if it would be a good idea to keep the option open. So my question would be should I file the papers to appeal the motion for summary judgment? I know that anyone answering this question is NOT giving me legal advice and I won't take it as such.
Thank You \Cynthia MarveWhat is the name of your state?

you have no standing to appeal anything. You were not a party to the suit.
