should I take action or not?

I hope this is the right place to post this? I have had 4 carpal tunnel surgeries in the last 4 years, one in 97, 99 and 2 in 2000! And by three differnt dr. the last two are done by the same! But the last two made it worse! right now I am in so much pain, and yesterday I say my dr. and he pretty much told me he can do nothing more! so I was directed to the pain clinic wish I have been there before and found no resaults! But I have tried for disability, and nothing! I can't do anything with my hand with out causing more pain! If I was to rate my pain for a day on a scale from 0-10 it is almost always at a 9! Is there some kind of legal action I can take? I just don't know what to do? Thanks

As one who also suffers from carpal tunnel, I sympathize and know what you are going through.

What kind of doctors did the surgery, i.e., neurosurgeon, orthopedic surgeon? Have you had an EMG done? Did the doctor inject any steroids into the nerve?

It is very difficult to get disability when you have carpal tunnel, but it can be done.

I have had a EMG 5 times, But not in the last year, I have had a MRI on my wrist also. before my first surgery I had a steroid injections before my first surgery, that made it worse! I had 4 surgeries and 3 different orthopedic surgeons! thank you for any info you have! I have had so much pain, and nothing is working and I can't do any owrk right now! so anything will help thank you theresa
