Currently,
I have stopped my personal business due to some issues that scared me recently. My home business is one in which where I or one of my two employees go into a customers home and get their home pc working. My concerns are as follows that I need to determine if I need an agreement/contract before we service customers.
1. Customers asking lots of questions.
2. A unsaid feeling from the customer that makes them think they can continuely contact us and expect service for free.
3. Customers expecting unpaid repeat business.
4. Customers expecting more service than the agreed upon service visit.
Etc..
