This is a little complex. I am in a dilemma where the person I thought I knew well used my name, and ssn, and made me a sole proprieter for a cell phone store and a search business without my awareness, acknowledgement, and authorization. I haven't report it yet, I'm 7 months pregnant and trying to get my life straighten out. I know I can't wait any longer to proscrastinate so I'll have to report him as doing fraud, forgery, identity theft. Here's my dilema, I extended my taxes, so now I have to do them soon. However, since I'm claiming fraud on the businesses since I never authorize them to be in my name, should I claim it on my taxes or just do my personal tax?

Don't report it on your tax return, that would be stupid.

Find and hire a tax attorney to sort this out for you. Do not attempt it on your own.
