What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Kansas

1. Went to school board meeting, I blog from there live for the people that cannot make it.
2. Superintendent does not like this particularly if I say something unfavorable. (Spending comments)
3. Superintendent dispatches a district employee to move her chair right BEHIND me at the meeting and attempt to see my iPad.
4. I moved iPad twice and she moved closer. Others noticed how far into my space she was.
5. I finally moved but was worried she may have viewed/stolen passwords and/or other personal data.
6. She made the threat that if I came back again to the next meeting she would do the same thing.

Is there any law to prevent her from doing this?

You should look in to a privacy screen protector...they are available on Amazon.

Alternatively, you could simply not enter passwords, etc, while blogging ;)
