I would like to know if anyone has info on "sibbling groups". I'm going to an appeal court for my foster daughter who had her .266 hearing completed in Sept.2000. Her worker is now talking about a "sibblings group act/law". I am not aware of such an act or law. I really could use the help if anyone out there could help me find info, where to look, etc. OR, if you know anything about this! It would really help my case in March.
