Sibling visitation rights - are there any - does anyone know? -

This is in Massachusetts.
Hi, I recently obtained custody of my 17 year old daughter and am wondering if she has any legal right to see her 2 -1/2 siblings that still reside with her mother. My daughter had spent a significant amount of time with them and since the change in custody came about, her mother has shut off all contact with her. Does she have any legal rights to see them??? Please help, thanks, Andy.
