Hello!
I am writing from Pennsylvania. I have been out of my parents home for several years and am married with a family of my own. My parents absolutely refuse my requests to visit with my 5 younger siblings who range in age from 3 to 20 (the older two have downs syndrome, so they can't contact me on their own). They live in PA as well. My question is this: do I have the legal right to see them? There is nothing at all in my past that is negative or detrimental to children, etc.
Any reponse would be appreciated!
Thanks!
