i am 20 years old and i have two children. i am pregnant again and the father is married. his wife wants to adopt the child and i want her to. how do i go about doing that with out it messing up the coustidy i have of my other two children? i cant afford to raise a nother child and she cant have kids. plz help fast.

Your giving up the child you are pregnant with will have no bearing on you losing your other two so don't worry about that. I am happy that you realize that you need to put this child first even if it will be hard for you to give the child up. You need to speak with the father and his wife about hiring an attorney to draw up and complete the adoption process for you. You might also want to make sure there is an agreement where they will cover the cost of the doctors visits and delivery. This is something that you NEED a lawyer for.

You all need to do this via an attorney - Dad perhaps will be the one paying for it ;)

Seriously though - even though you're all in agreement, you'll be better off doing it with an attorney than without. It should not affect the custody of your other two children.
