I read that there was a class action lawsuit against Dow Corning some years ago, and that all recipients of Dow Corning breast implants were awarded a small sum of approx. $2-3,500. Does anyone know if it's still possible to collect my share of the class action lawsuit. Both my silicone implants recently have been leaking though they are 28 years old, I also don't know if they were guaranteed to last a lifetime though the doctor who did them never mentioned they had a "shelf" life and I assumed they would last a lifetime.

Under normal circumstances, if you did not "opt-in" during the class action, you are out of luck.
