My mother is in a nursing home and I have power of attorney.Her Family doctor recently sent an overdue bill (mostly interest charges ) to my mothers address inserting "BAD" between first and last name. My sister still lives in my mothers house and we don't speak so I don't often know when there is mail. Is this considered slander and can I sue ?
