I reside in the state of California. I live in a moblie home park and have repeatedly been harassed by the manager. Now I have found out that he has been telling other tenents, guests, and who knows who else lies about me. He has said that I am a drug dealer, prostitue, witch, and thief. These are lies and I'm tired of this and want to bring charges against him. I'm not sure who if anyone will come forward because this man is also a bully and is always threatening eviction to anyone that goes up against him. At this point I'd rather be evicted than have to live like this. Please advise.

Advise about what? If no one will "come forward" as a witness to such statements, then you don't have a case. So, what advice would you like?
