What is the name of your state? Minnesota

Okay I am an idiot and was walking to work yesterday - and lo and behold I fell (it was slippery - icy)... I was on a sidewalk. This is not the first time I have fallen before - I am no stranger to bumps and bruises - BUT this is the first time I landed on my arm and then landed on my knees. Normally it's been on my butt. Okay - so when I landed I was stunned - I thought I seriously broke my arm. I ended up getting up - arm not broken that I am aware of...But I think I may have torn my rotator cuff. So the property I fell outside of - on the sidewalk - is a rental property. Do I call and explain what happened or do I just deal with it? Thank you.
