What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? huh

About 3 months ago. I was eating Smart Sense chcoolate sanwich cookies that I bought from Kmart. I bit down on something hard and it turned out to be a hard piece of plastic. I called the company which only had a answering machine. They never called me back. I believe this could be a choking hazard.
I even contacted the FDA and its no big deal. Kmart refunded my $2.

Should I throw the plastic out and just forget it?

This is a "no harm, no foul" situation. You got $2 out of KMart, so you've been made whole. I'm not sure what else you think you can get...
