I took out a loan for a brand new mercedes s class in the amount of 42,000.. surprisingly because of my good payment history they allowed me to take the car home before it was actually covered under insurance..

on the way home I had a few drinks became overly and temporarily out of my mind and drove it right into a cement ****ing wall at 122mph according to estimated speed experts.

its trashed and I have no insurance to cover it.. I dont want pay 42,000$ for nothing.. can I have it towed back to the dealer and return it for a refund?

thanks

My response:

Absolutely. I see no problem with doing as you suggest. Just keep holding your hand out in front of the finance manager.
