What is the name of your state?Connecticut

Our landlord, who is also our roomate, has asked us not to smoke in the house. However, nothing about smoking is stated in the lease. We hate our landlord, he has made our lives a living hell, so in turn, we our trying to make him miserable so he will let us out of our lease early. Can he get us in trouble with the department of health or something like that for smoking in the house, if it is not stated in the lease?

If it's not in the lease then go out and buy $0.10 cigars by the gross and have a poker party. The landlord can evict you but it will take weeks, if not months and in the meantime he'll be living in a smoky hell.
