What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas.

I had court to day and missed it by 30 min. So they rescheldual till Oct. But my baby moms called me and told me that she asked for my number and the lady said it was against the law to give out. So when the lady steped out the office she look at the papers on the ladys desk and got my number. Can I do something about this? This is my info were talking about!

I'm going to get my daughter in a hour first of all, second I haven't seen my daughter for three year because of (her) drug and criminal acts. And I just wanted to know is some one liable for having my info leaked.

Your info is not "confidential". She could have paid $19.95 to an internet search site. This is really a non-issue
