What is the name of your state? OK

I don’t know if this is the right forum to post, but I really need help. Social Security is taking a wrong deduction out of my Dad’s check and they’ve been doing so since March 2006. It’s a mystery how my dad got enrolled in the Medicare part D by AARP. I contacted AARP and they took him off the plan as of 03/01/2006 as if it never happens. AARP shows no payments ever received from Social Security for my dad. Medicare never shows my dad to be enrolled on any drug plans so I don’t know how SS got the deduction information. They told me they wouldn’t stop the deduction until Medicare told them to.

I called AARP, Medicare and SS office so many times and no one seemed to help to fix the problem. I filed 4 complain with Medicare regional office and all they could tell me was “it will get resolved but will take months!” It’s been 8 months now.

I’m wondering if the problem is even being looked at. Where else can I go to get help for this problem for my dad? Thanks for any input.
