What is the name of your state? fla

I have two summarry judgements this month. I just read on internet SOL for CC debt is 4 years. It is now 4 years but they served papers to me 3 months ago which is before 4 years. Is the SOL for the actual judgement or if served papers before the rest of process can pass 4 years.

They just need to file the paperwork for the lawsuit against you before the SOL date.

The SOL applies to the "right of action", meaning the right to sue you. The SOL was tolled (stopped) when the case was filed, meaning before you were served.

OP - You've started three different threads, with three different questions about the same two judgments. Moreover, the same questions are regularly answered in this forum. Allow me to suggest that you think your enforcement questions through, post them in the same thread (you can ask 2-3 at a time, particularly questions such as these), and you may save yourself some time just by using the "search" function.

You're free to continue as you are doing, but a single thread may be more coherent for all concerned.
