What is the name of your state? florida

I was just served a summons for a Citibank CC. Complaint date was 12/26/2006.
Date of last activity is 11/2001. Charge of date is 5/20/02, Is this past SOL???
Also in my answer to summons I requested they provide Date, Month, Year of my last Pmt
Does the CA have to provide this info, or do I have to get it myself.??

florida sol on opend accts

Courts in Fl. are now starting to consider credit cards as written contracts with a 5 yr. SOL - store "credit" cards - 4 yrs.

Thanks for reply. Can you tell me if the CA has to provide date of last payment in order
to determine SOL date???? I requested Date, Month, year, From CA.
