What is the name of your state? Florida

I am getting different answers to when the SOL starts on different boards.

I understand the SOL to start from the date of last activity. Charge off is 180 days after that, but has nothing to do with the SOL.
Is this correct??

Correct. SOL starts with the first delinquency, which is usually 30 days after the last payment. The SOL is not figured from the Charge-off date. You can use the charge-off date to get a date for the SOL start by subtracting 180 days from the charge-off date.
