What is the name of your state? North Dakota

I sold my mobile home on a contract to these people April 1. They were to pay me monthly payments. Since then Ive gotten only $150 and a pack of lies. The mobile is on rented land, they have not paid land rent at all either. Landowner wants them out so we can figure what to do with the trailer they have now trashed. I had the sheriff serve them a 3 day pay up or move out notice and relenquish the mobile to no avail. I called them (they usually dont answer the their phone but did) and told them sternly to get out. Still, nothing.
Do i have to get an attorney- which I did talk to and will cost up to $500 , or is there anything else I can do to get these people out on my own? The land owner wants me to do all this. This has been a nightmare. Can I sue them later for damages done to the trailer?

you can read your state's laws on lawful evictions, then file an unlawful detainer suit in court.

yes, and if you pay a lawyer to do it, he can include his fees plus the court fees in the damages.
