What is the name of your state?NJ

i am in the national guard and my ex put a restrianing order on me,
i don't know if i can be deployed cuase iam not allowed to touch a fire arm,
i have not told the national guard yet what is my situation. but i feel to things can happen either they back me and have my ex..which is a illegal immigrant deported or they are going to discharge me. I do not know what to do ......
