I get child support for the girls garnished from his wages as is . The thing is that the girls are attending parocial school and with the child support that Iam given now it pays for their education, but as they go on to higher grades the way they will this year the tuition for the both of them gets higher. Now how can I work this in with the modification of visitation. Can I bring him to court on both issues or should I do this seperately. Would the court even grant me anymore support than what I already recieve, is their a limit on support.Would the court even grant me anymore support than what I already revieve, is their a limit on support.

Child support is calculated by how much money the non custodial parent makes. if he doesn't make more money than more than likely the support will not be raised. the court will simply say if you can't affard the school than the child shouldn't attend
and yes you can take him to court on both issues at the same time.
