What is the name of your state? minnesota
My 22 year old son is in jail for giving false name and no car insurance. The judge ordered a rule 20/psych. eval. Is there a time frame in which this has to be done legally?
He has been held in jail for only this for 5 weeks with no word on when this evaluation will be done.

What kind of hearing did he have where the judge ordered the psych. eval?
