my son is 16 and recently started a new job. he is scheduled for his 6 week court ordered summer visit with me in CA but has been told by his employer that he can only have a month off. is there any laws that might protect him and the future of his job? he lives in kansas and very much wants to have his entire visit here. i understand where the boss is coming from but at the same time am worried my son may loose his job and i do not want that to happen. any advice is apperciated.
