Song title copy?

There is a famous singer that is currently highly popular. One of her songs has the exact same title of my song AND my album (my song and the album have the same title).

Is this any form of infringement? I have the song copyrighted.

Nope. Titles are not protected by copyright. There are tons of songs that have the same or similar name that are completely different work. You might have a weak claim of trademark, but even that's going to be unlikely (and very difficult to pursue).
