I plan to work on a doujinshi, in anime meaning a sexual explicit comic in anime style.

The thing is, it involves lolicon, meaning young girl aged 12 or below-17.

Anyways, before everyone judges its child porn, they are anime drawings which consist of aged 6 anthro's.

If not legal, what would be a proper low age in accordance to Sonic Team?

Not sure if you have gotten the answer you were looking for or not, but virtual lolicon or child pornagrapy such as drawings or computer generated images are not illegal in the US and will stay that way until the Supreme Court says otherwise as it is protected under the constitution as free speech as no real child is being exploited.
