She is 14....he is 17. I have not spoke to her family. My understanding is that her mother is "making" her keep the child. Do/es we/ my son have any say. What about child support? My son is still in High School (11 grade) and works on Saturday's at a warehouse ($8.00 hr). Will I be expected to pay? What about his dad, would we both have to pay? How is support determined when chilren have children?
Since this is very new news I am playing it cool......worried the age of my son might become an issue. I hope that by offering to support their decisions they will not make his age a problem.
Any advise on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated.
