After reading some of this stuff on this site I think some people find alot of humor in others sufferings and I think that is a shame. I mean there are alot of sites for being mean and cruel spirited, and many people do come in this site for free advice not to be rdiculed. Anyhow now that I got that off my chest I will probably get some negative feedback. For the folks who have gotten hurt in a store, in a parking lot, wherever try to be open minded about this feedback you get in this site, I think some folks dont take you seriously. I myself had an accident in a store this year where I was just walking down an aisle and out of nowhere a shelf fell on me so hard and knocked me to ground, of course I yelled out for help and no one came running. I finally managed to get up and go to back of store to tell pharmacist to get me some help. It wasnt funny, it did hurt and it did happen!!! I am not a sue happy person but this store shelf must not of been hooked up right for it to fall on me that way. I got a super big contusion to my hip and I was a mess for some time, on top of having an allready bad back. Now I cant work and I am having a surgery on my back, and I think store owners, etc who do not secure their environment whether wet floors or dry floors or whatever the case may be, they need to be responsible for and also insured for these kind of things that happen to innocent people. Do you think I asked for the shelf to fall on me? As we are to keep our homes and yards safe for families and visitors the same should go for businesses, work places, stores, construction sites, car accidents, the list goes on. A personal injury is just that a personal injury and no one knows but yourself how much pain and suffering you endure from accidents like these. So my free advice to all is to take care of YOU because only YOU know the truth and only YOU suffer the pain and the situations an accident can cause. Sorry I just rambling on I just want someone to hear me out and the ones that are not so nice please try to find it in your heart to understand others, because someday YOU may be in their shoes.
