What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California

Can someone tell me the difference between supplemental responses to interrogatories and amended answers to interrogatories? I responded to Special Interrogatories and I'd like to amend one of my responses. I would like to know what I should title the document as. Thank you!

There is no difference between supplemental responses and amended answers to interrogatories. Basically, it is a "Brief".

I take it you are in Persona Propria. You can probably amend any responses in your Special Interrogatories in a "brief". Just title it "Amended Special Interrogatory Response". Make sure it is typewritten on the standard lettered paper.

You all seem to enjoy responses such as this but I think attorneys take for granted and assume that everyone has the money to afford an attorney. Unfortunately, I do not so I have to do the best that I can. Lucky for me, I have the truth on my side and this is one of those totally ridiculous lawsuits. I've done a pretty good job so far studying the rules of the court and California Civil Procedure but this is one that I was stumped on.

**A: ok fair enough but when we provide advice it is not based on money at all but information to help those that ask for help.

Thank you. I appreciate the help and if there is one thing I tell others about this experience is to never underestimate the value of an attorney. The average person has no idea about the work involved in a lawsuit, whether you are guilty or innocent. You all deserve to be paid more than you probably are.
