Speed up a K-1/Fiance Visa

I have just filed the I-129F form with the Texas Processing Center. I am an American Citizen who lived in Venezuela with him from 1993-1996. In 1996 I returned to the USA and he has spent most of his time here living with me. Any ideas on how to expedite the process? The Ins forced him to withdraw his application for the visitor visa when we returned from a weekend to the Caribbean. Now, he is living with his oldest daughter in Caracas because his home was damaged in the mudslides last December- water, electricity, or phone service have not been restored yet. Any suggestions?

Oh I am sorry.. I gave you something to read instead on coming out and giving you the answers on a plate ?? If you are unable to find answers on those two sites then no answer exists. They are the definative sites on the internet for K1 information and also points you to several other key sites for information.

Anyway, thread remains, questions closed.
