What is the name of your state? PA

I've received a speeding ticket for going 82mph in 65mph highway. This is in Western PA and the cop is a PA trooper.

Can someone tell me how often the radar gun should be calibrated in PA? I am positive I wasn't going 82mph.

Thanks
:(

In order to be positive you were not going 82 mph, you have to KNOW what speed you were traveling at. And how fast was that??

Calibration requirements depend on the make and model of the device. Please provide this information and you should get the answer you want.

Calibration needs to take place within 60 days (before the ticket was written). The cal. date should be on the bottom of ticket.

BTW: How fast you were going or think you were going is irrelevant (unless you have someway to prove it).
