mass. lets start off with my story. I was driving on the highway 93 headed into boston the traffic was heavy as everyone was headed to the marathon that week. A un marked red mustang with blacked out windows started to tailgate fore 4 or 5 miles. i switch lanes to let him pass but he did not he stuck to my tail to the point i could not see his hood. at this point i pass 3 cars to get some space but this did not work. on the the last pass he throws his lights on and tell me i was speeding. i said your were tailgating me and this in the only reason i speed. he wrote me a ticket and mark estimated and not radar. i tried to go online to contest the ticket and to pay the court filing fee but the ticket has yet to be submitted and i called and will now be mailing in the ticket. i have read CHAPTER 90C PROCEDURE FOR MOTOR VEHICLE OFFENSES section 2 hes gor 6 business days to submit it to court witch is now been 11 business days since the ticket was issued. is this my only defense?

It may have been submitted but not processed yet. You have no way of knowing right now.

You also don't know where it was that he estimated your speed. I guess traffic wasn't so heavy that you couldn't drive fast.
