What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? PA

So I received a ticket in NYS for driving at 81 over 65. I told the officer that I thought I was driving on 75 and it appeared on the report he gave me...

My question is should I plead guilty or not guilty. Also will this affect my auto insurance?

DLC fact for PA:

Although reported to PennDOT, minor traffic offenses such as speeding, red light, stop sign, etc., will
(NOT) appear on your driving record, unless you are a CDL holder. Points will not be assessed to
your PA driving record when convicted of a point related offense in a DLC member state.
