My son got A speeding ticket. However when the SHERRIFF made out the ticket he used all of my sons drivers license info, except he put my name on the ticket. Is this dismissable?

It sounds like you have a strong shot at getting the ticket dismissed. If you show up and tell the judge that your license number is not the one on the ticket, with no mention of your son, they might drop the case at that. I get all my information from a website called mycounsel.com. They have a page for fighting speeding tickets. You would probably find it very useful. Here is the URL:
