I received a speeding ticket at a time my license was revoked for not paying a separate outstanding ticket. Therefore I received another ticket for both
a: driving without an active license (needed to be re-instated for negligence to pay an outstanding ticket)
b: speeding 10-19 mph over

I missed my court date, and so turned myself in at the jail and paid bond to get out. I missed my second court date because I was out of town. I am now assigned for a third court date. If I appear in court, is there any chance they will arrest me? I am happy to pay whatever fine is needed to clear this up, but do not want to have to pay bond or go to jail for this case.

Will they arrest you? Anyone here would just be guessing.

I didn't see the OPs last post and can't find it.

I think he should have his licence revoked for a significant amount of time and even give him some jail time but since they bonded him out once and gave him another court date when he missed the second court without arresting him again there is no reason to think they will arrest him when he shows up for court.

The problem is (and I believe the court may see it this way) that the OP doesn't learn from his past. He has continually demonstrated that he has no respect for the court or for the law. Locking him up may be, in the court's opinion, the only way to really show the OP that he needs to respect (and obey) the law and the court.
