in a dissoultion i agreed to pay spousal support.
It is to end when children turn 18 or she remarries or COHABITATES with a man.
what is the definition of cohabitation and how can i prove it in the state of ohio?????

gary , im from il. but it is to my experience that all u have to do (and u can do this w/o an attorney) is to file a motion to modify(if it was part of a previos order). It may be a small fee of 100.00 or less. but then u guts go to court and if she admits to cohabitation on a conjugal basis then u request the payments fo alimony to stop. However if she denies in court then thats where the proof comes in. If by chance she has boyfriens move in and out all the time that may be difficult to say cohabit. but if she has lived with a man for a period of time then u r ok. Get a consutation from a lawyer, they are often free and do the court stuff your self. it sounds simple if she cooperates . If she hires a lwyer and plays hardball then u better have some money saved up to battle with. just in case. good luck
