What is the name of your state? ohio
We have been married since Apr., 1997. The mill I worked in closed March, 2000. I have not worked since then. I receive less than 1000/ mo. in a partial pension which figures out to be less incoming than outgoing, monthly. X2B does not work, but has GED and vocational training. Has been employed in her field of study. She is in good health. She quit work months after we were married. I am 53, she is 34. Will she be entitled to any of my pension? 2 weeks after the pension was taken over by gov't., [ and consequently a $400/ mo. cut in benefits} she moved out and has been living with another "sugar Daddy" for two months now. Also, would it be out of the question for me to ask for spousal support?
